Situated in Westminster, Maryland, our spacious home welcomes your pup to socialize with our three dogs or enjoy peaceful solo time. Your dog joins our family, roaming freely indoors or using the doggy door to access our fenced one-acre yard. They choose where to sleep, whether cuddled up in our bed, on their doggie bed, or on the couch.
For pups preferring crate security at night, we offer options. They can sleep in our room for extra comfort or have their dedicated doggie space, with me nearby for companionship.
Our home provides a vibrant environment for dogs of all ages. Unlike traditional kennels, we prioritize a homelike setting with freedom to roam. We conduct a comprehensive pre-visit assessment for every dog in our care.
Before your pet stays with us, we schedule a convenient time to visit our home and meet your dog in our environment. During this assessment, we observe and interact with your dog, gaining valuable insights into their behavior, habits, and socialization skills.
We closely observe how your dog reacts to new people, other dogs, environments, and situations to ensure we provide a comfortable and stress-free experience for them during their stay. We also evaluate your dog’s crate behavior, if applicable, ensuring their preferences are accommodated for a safe and comfortable environment at all times.

Vaccine Requirements

We require proof of core vaccinations, such as rabies, distemper, and bordetella (kennel cough), as recommended by veterinarians.. By ensuring that all dogs are properly vaccinated, we minimize the risk of disease transmission and promote a healthy environment where dogs can socialize, play, and thrive.
Good Dog Citizenship
e believe that a harmonious environment is key to ensuring a happy and stress-free experience for all our furry guests. That’s why we’ve established a set of essential rules to promote safety, respect, and good manners among our four-legged friends.
First and foremost, we maintain a strict zero-tolerance policy for fighting or aggressive behavior. By fostering positive socialization experiences and providing structured activities, we create a peaceful atmosphere where dogs can play and interact safely.
To maintain a clean and hygienic environment, we enforce rules against marking or going potty inside the house. This includes frequent potty breaks, a doggy door, and designated specific outdoor areas for bathroom breaks, ensuring that accidents are minimized and our indoor spaces remain clean and odor-free.
All entrances are securely closed and we use barriers or gates to restrict access to potentially hazardous areas.
We address common destructive behaviors, such as chewing, by providing appropriate outlets for natural instincts and redirecting unwanted behavior. Additionally, we offer a variety of chew toys, puzzle feeders, and enrichment activities to keep dogs mentally stimulated and satisfied, reducing the likelihood of destructive chewing incidents.
Finally, we understand the importance of maintaining a peaceful environment for our neighbors and community. We cannot accommodate excessive barkers.
Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate dogs who are aggressive towards other animals or people in any way.
